What we actually do

We work on three fronts that almost always arrive together. The first is the Notion implementation: migrating content that today lives scattered across Confluence, SharePoint or Drive folders, designing the database and permission architecture, and leaving SSO and provisioning working so IT does not inherit a problem. The second is AI agents: text and voice assistants grounded in that knowledge base, answering real questions from customers and employees, booking appointments, following up over WhatsApp and keeping documentation alive. The third is AI video and avatars, for when training or sales material has to be produced at volume and in several languages.

How we work

We start with a free 30-minute assessment that produces a fixed-scope proposal. We do not bill for discovering the scope. From there we move in waves: we migrate and validate one area before touching the next, because a full migration nobody reviewed is an expensive way to relocate the mess. Training and adoption are part of the deliverable, not an add-on: a flawless workspace the team does not use solves nothing.

An agent is only as good as its knowledge base. That is why the order never changes: first the knowledge gets organized, then an agent goes on top of it. Do it the other way around and you get an assistant that improvises confidently, which is the worst possible outcome.

We run it on ourselves first

La Agencia's entire operation lives in Notion: projects, meetings, documents and tasks with owners. A bot joins our meetings and transcribes them, and an agent writes the minutes and creates the tasks with their owner. Nobody writes minutes by hand or updates fields by hand. We wrote it up in detail in our own-operation case study, because it answers the question every client thinks and almost nobody asks out loud: do you actually use this, or do you just sell it?

Confidentiality

We publish case studies with clients anonymized by sector. That is not modesty: it is the condition under which they let us tell the technical detail, which is the part that actually helps you evaluate us. If you need named references for a procurement process, we arrange them case by case with the client's explicit permission.
